Beauté Académique, oolong tea, Taiwan

Beauté Académique is a tribute to the taste of older Taiwanese Tea Connoisseurs. Especially produced by Madame Tseng at request, this lightly oxidised tea is extremely well-balanced. Made with only fully ripped leaf, it evokes the flavours of dark honey and roasted wheat. The aftertaste is round and lingers long on the palate. Excellent with meals as well.
