GRAND OOLONG FANCY – TAIWAN

One of the most renowned teas from Taiwan, this semi oxidized “Grand Black Dragon” contains only the handsome whole leaves with silver tips from an early spring plucking. Its reddish-golden infusion has an intense aroma reminding one of cacao bean and hazelnuts. A wonderful tea to accompany meals as well. [fa-clock-o fa-lg] 3 min [fa-fire fa-lg] 95° C [fa-coffee fa-lg] 5 g - 20 cl Pour fresh heated water at 95° C over the leafs to "wash" the tea, then discard. Pour water over leafs again and brew for 3 minutes. Oolong tea are meant to be enjoyed in smaller amounts with multiple steeps.
